Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not collect sensitive data such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, or detailed financial information beyond what's needed to fulfill your order.

We use the information we collect to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your inquiries, and improve the products and experience we offer.

We may send occasional marketing emails only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We will never sell your personal information.

We work with a small group of trusted service providers who help us run the business: Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for website hosting, Sanity for product catalog management, Resend for transactional emails, Neon for order records, and Google Workspace for customer service email.

These providers only receive the information they need to perform their service, and each has their own privacy practices.

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function, primarily to remember your cart contents between visits. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

You have the right to access the personal information we have about you, correct anything that's inaccurate, delete your account and associated data, and opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All payment data is encrypted in transit and handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor.

Sophi&AriCo is intended for customers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
