Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After that, all sales are final.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn and unwashed, tags still attached, and original packaging where possible.

Items returned in worn or damaged condition may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked method, as we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit.

Email contact@sophiandarico.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return. We'll send you our return address and confirm next steps within 1 business day.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirming the refund.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a defective item.

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. These are clearly labeled on the product page.

If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
